I haven't always practiced meditating. In fact, I was constantly caught in the whirlwind of overthinking, battling high levels of stress, and feeling perpetually stuck in my mind.  Then, a few years ago, in a quest to find myself, I came across the practice of mindfulness. Little did I know, how much this would change my life!

As I ventured into meditation, I encountered its transformative power firsthand. Initially, I faced challenges in quieting my mind—a common hurdle for a lot of people. That's when guided meditations entered my life. They provided a mental sanctuary where my thoughts felt embraced. Scripted to foster deep inner reflection, these sessions helped me stay focused on the meditation's words and intentions, allowing me to connect with my intuition for guidance.

 

With each session, I refined the skill of quieting my mind, gradually uncovering a profound sense of inner peace. In those moments of stillness and guided inner prompts, I discovered clarity, insight, and a deep connection to my inner wisdom. Guided meditation evolved beyond a mere practice, becoming a journey of self-discovery—a journey that revealed the profound magic within me, waiting to be heard.  I have developed a deep trust in my intuition's guidance.  When I feel scattered, or unsure, I allow myself the space to "meditate on it" for guidance.

My meditation practice led me to become a Certified Guided Meditation facilitator through the Guided Meditation Framework to offer you some unique, self-discovery, and relaxing guided meditations.

With care and compassion, I guide you through thoughtfully crafted meditation to foster a deep connection to your true essence and inner wisdom, allowing you to unwind and experience profound relaxation while exploring the depths of your being.

My sessions provide a nurturing space for you to listen within, no coaching involved. Together, we'll pinpoint areas where you seek clarity, then you'll meditate and journal to uncover your own answers.  After each session, we'll collaborate to determine your next steps.

This is a truly unique experience, never done before in Sudbury - pool meditations.  From November to April, I offer guided meditations in the heated pool at the Touch of Heaven Spa and Resort in Garson!
